Guarantee
This guarantee covers normal domestic use only, commercial use is not covered; it does not cover faults caused by, willful damage, neglect, misuse, inappropriate cleaning, accidental damage & bespoke items. It also doesn't include water damage and other events outside Pine Bespoke Furniture’s control.
Any product which is exposed to extreme heat, i.e., An open fire, or radiator, etc. can cause distortion in the wood which will not be covered under this guarantee. The guarantee is only valid for products purchased, installed and used in the United Kingdom.
Timber
Made from reclaimed scaffold boards. Large / wide boards jointed using biscuits and high-strength glue. Each piece is hand-cut, sanded, and treated for each order, preserving the timber's natural markings for a unique style. If we need to, we use wood filler to fix big and small gaps, cracks, and holes while keeping a rustic look.
As wood is a natural product, it can vary in cracks, grain, and other features. Movements like shrinkage, swelling, and cracking are normal and not considered defects, hence not covered by the lifetime guarantee. Environmental factors such as seasons, temperatures, and humidity may cause adjustments, which we cannot be responsible for.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders for items larger than what can be shipped outside the UK will be refunded, as we can't courier them currently. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We do not collect these fees; they are governed by your country's regulations. By purchasing, you agree to pay these fees. If customs fees are unpaid after shipping, we will deduct them from your refund. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Please allow an extra 1-3 working days delivery for the UK and up to 7 days delivery for Europe. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please leave a note with your telephone number so we can provide this to the courier.
Cancellation/Returns
You may terminate the contract (return your order), but only after paying any additional delivery or collection fees and a 25% restocking fee. This is entirely at Our discretion.
* On-sale/clearance items are non-returnable unless You decide to exchange them, in that case, you simply need to cover the cost of return and supply a new shipping label. That means no - 25% off since the customer is in charge of both costs.

Powder coating

This is a fixed price regardless of size, as the bulk of the cost is in the curing time & and cleaning of equipment.
